Delivery

Once your order has been received, we aim to ship it within 3-5 working days. As each piece is hand made to order, this lead time may vary depending on material availability, although we will keep you informed of any such variations. Your order will be sent via registered post with An Post. Bespoke orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to be shipped, depending on design complexity and materials required.

Returns 

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item (excluding earrings), as long as the item has not been worn and is in all of its original packaging. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of earrings. In the case of an order arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@adornbycaoimhe.com so we can arrange your return. In this case you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
